With our slogan “You will never run dry” and our strategic partnering with world-class providers of services and expertise in the Petroleum space ensures that we are able to match the interests of our clients and stakeholders, communities and employees by developing and running a wealth-creating, durable petroleum business.
We supply bulk fuel (Diesel & Petrol), Oil and Lubricants to our customers and we deliver from as little as the split loads with a minimum of 5,000 liters to 40,000 liters at a time. Our objective and with support from our strategic partnerships, is to be able to deliver various products with 24 hours of order as per hour customer demands. This partnership with established companies gives us leverage in terms of security of supply and reliable deliveries.
Our fleet consists of various tankers. Our 40,000l fleets are divided into either 7 or 8 compartments per tanker and thus us being able to deliver a minimum of five different products per tanker at any given time, i.e. Diesel10ppm, Diesel 50ppm, ULP93 and ULP95.
With automated a real time ordering and control system, we are able to ensure that the products on delivery can be off-loaded to above the ground storage units with PTO pumps as well as below ground tanks with gravity feed pumps. Either option is available on every truck.
Our margins calculated in cents in a litre yet we are able to offer our customers a saving of between 3% - 6% (based on volumes) on their Diesel monthly spend.
We are almost concluded with obtaining a fixed litre contract at a major refinery which will be set at 1,500,000 litres.
We pride ourselves with maintaining Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) in the delivery of our products. All tankers are fixed with petrol and diesel valves, petrol and diesel fuel lines as well as separate meters for diesel and petrol products. These enable us to load various products from refineries on the same tankers and deliver without contamination any products.
What makes us unique from our competitors is the consistency in our product supply, best affordable and extremely competitive prices, the best product quality as we collect directly from the major refineries then delivery directly to our client (less handling of the product) and our on time delivery is commendable.
We avoid dealing with privately owned depot diesel and thus we are able to guarantee the quality of our products. We do not use “blending plants” in any ways in our products value chain.
As part of our Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS), we recommend that our customers complete a survey on receipt of each delivery to ensure that we are consistently meeting our promises at all times. A minimum of the following is addressed with the CSS audit form:
